Frequently Asked Questions

When will calls take place?

Santa will be conducting live calls and recording personalised messages from mid-November through late December. Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all available slots are booked, no further bookings will be accommodated. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity!

How long is a call with Santa?

The average in-person Santa experience at a shopping centre is usually only around 30-60 seconds and very impersonal. Our calls will be at least 5 minutes to allow Santa the time to tell a story, focus on some things your child did well during the year and really personalise the experience for them.
There'll even be a chance to ask Santa questions! You can also DOUBLE your time with Santa for just $9.95 (you can add this after you click CHECKOUT).

How many children can be on the video call?

The live calls with Santa can be personalised for up to 4 children. However, the more children on the call, the less personalisation that will be possible.

We recommend adding extra time to your call if you have 4 or more children (select this from the add-ons during checkout) to ensure Santa has enough time to deliver a personalised experience for each child.

What's included in the mailed invitation package?

'The Complete Experience', includes a luxurious invitation mailed from the North Pole. In that envelope they'll also find a special gift - a magical wristband made by Santa's elves to welcome them into the Inner Circle.

The Complete Package includes 1 invitation and 1 wristband but you can add additional invitations and wristbands if desired when you click on the CHECKOUT button.

Can I give this as a gift?

Of course! Gifting is such an important part of Christmas, so each of our experiences has a Gift Card version. Simply purchase the relevant Gift Card and send it to the recipient so they can book it in!

Can I book more than 1 call or video?

Absolutely! We ask that you place a separate order for each call or video message so we can send 1 form per order to capture the relevant information that Santa needs :)

How to make sure you are ready for your Virtual Call?

All you need is a webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet connection!

We do suggest using a computer rather than a phone or tablet.

Click on the Zoom link provided in your email invitation 5 minutes before the scheduled call time.

Put on your favourite Christmas outfit or even wear a Santa hat to add to the festive spirit!

What if I'm late for the call?

Customers are required to log onto the call 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
If you are not on the call at the scheduled time, Santa will wait for up to 5 minutes before disconnecting the call.
In such cases, no refund will be given, and the call cannot be rescheduled past the appointment time. Please ensure prompt attendance to enjoy your magical experience.

When will the Personalised Video Message be delivered?

We can't provide an exact delivery date, but rest assured you will receive the special video message in time for Christmas. To ensure we can create a truly magical and personalised video message, please complete the form in a timely manner. If we don't receive your information promptly, it may limit Santa's ability to personalise the video message.

What if I don't have all the information at the time of booking?

That’s fine. We understand that sometimes gathering the information might take some time. However, please make every effort to complete and submit the form at least 48 hours prior to your booked call. This ensures we can personalise the experience to the fullest. Remember, Santa is a very busy man during this time of year, and we want to make sure your child's experience is as magical as possible!
